HB cut my hair and did a Fabulous Job, she did Exactly what I needed her to do so I could style my hair just the way I wanted to! Thanks Again HB!

I received a free haircut on Veterans day, thank you. The entire experience was great and the haircut that day was one of the best I have had in a while. I returned on 12/23 to get another haircut and it did not go well. The stylist's guard came off and she cut a line across in the back. The stylist next to us did her best in blending it in, thank you. I would have been good with that, mistakes happen. However, the stylist was not very happy for the remainder of the visit. Forceful with her actions not asking me or letting me know what she needed from me, such as head forward or back. I was not offered a discount for the issue that occurred. I may try my luck again. I do like the atmosphere and some of the organization's Sport clips help and partner with. 5 stars for my first visit and a negative star for most recent visit average 2 stars.

I have been using this location for my 5 year old son from last 2 years. He have some medical condition ,so he needs me when he is having an hair cut. I never had any problem until today. Today I was standing next to my son while his hairstylist was asking few questiosn about his hair cut . ThIs manager ( last name Lee ) while she was cutting someone hair shouted on me to leave the cutting area and I was shocked to even hear her. I was surpised as their was no notice saying not to enter the area. I understand these days so amny rules have been changed to every business and we follow those but things could be communicated in nicer and good way. I came and stood in lobby but again had to go 3-4 times as his hairstylist needed help . I too own business and we inform our customer about any policy changes. She did not need to be rude and should have asked me nicley. Hair stylist was so nice ,she was feeling so bad and took care of my son and made him relax. I would never go back.They lost thier loyal cusomer .
